New Fiberglass Compost Probe |

Pike Agri-Lab Supplies has now manufactured and produced a new version of our Thermal Profiling Probe to measure a temperature cross-section of a compost pile or windrow.
The new fiberglass probes are less conductive than the stainless steal probes,
the thermister sensors are embedded within an extremely durable epoxy
resin that will last many many many years longer than the brass button that mounts regular temperature probes.
Like our other temperature probe the sensors are located at 4 different points along the length of the probe so a good cross-sectional profile can be measured and recorded using the hanna instruments printing thermometer.
