We have studied and tried many different methods of composting in the past, and we firmly believe that the best method for obtaining QUALITY compost - rather than a method of simply getting rid of waste - is the Luebke composting method called CMC that teaches the importance of using compost to build humus in the soil.

Humus is created very slowly in most soils. A faster, more efficient way to produce humus is through the aerobic composting process. As a composter, you are actually a farmer of microbes. You are managing “livestock” -- the microbes who will do the work you need done. You provide them with the food, air, moisture, & basic structural materials they require in order to flourish.

The aerobic composting process called CMC can produce a stable, homogeneous humus-rich product ideally suited for agriculture in 6 - 8 weeks.
